Others have lots of vitamin C and can strengthen the immune system. You can also relieve symptoms of colds and flu. Some are also used to treat a sore throat. Others help to concentration.

They can be purchased usually prepared in tea bags, but you can also use this leaf or in bulk, so you can mix yourself. You can drink it hot or cold, so you can enjoy all year. To make tea, just put it on the bag or tea in a cup and pour boiling water over them. Then take a leave for a few minutes. To stir the cold, as normal, then add ice or cool. They are ideal for every mood and occasion.

You have to drink a great alternative to plain water, coffee, lemonade and other drinks. They are equal to zero or near zero calorie calories, but tasty.
