Yogurt is a great substitute for people who have problems digesting milk. Probiotics also very useful to improve your immune system and promote good digestion.

To buy the best type of yogurt is just a taste. The reason is generally that which is added sugar and berries in very few other active flavors. You can add all the days you your favorite fruits or berries, after you get home. Mix in some of your favorite frozen add up to a certain aroma.

Making smoothies at home. All you need is 8 ounces of yogurt and your choice of fruit or berries. Try a frozen banana or some berries, maybe a little orange juice and some ice cubes or something. Your ready to go with a very nutritious breakfast or snack and delicious. They are ideal for when you’re traveling, shopping or pick up the kids.

You can dive as well. Add honey and throw some curry, basil and lemon or something, then in a few slices of cucumber or zucchini. A dip tasty and very healthy variety.

Get a yogurt parfait instead of fries at fast-food restaurant, or pick some berries, cereals, almonds and chop a couple of your overall treatment for really tasty.

There are many ways to get the benefits of yogurt, if you take the time to do a little creativity. Your stomach and health will thank you and your taste buds.
