Is My Headache A Migraine?

One of the hazards in the workplace, a doctor, by the way, is the trained in internal medicine and neurology, is the dining table. What Is Healthy Food For Children?

Some of you may think that eating a balanced diet for adults is a healthy diet for children as well. It’s not quite right. Back in the day, I grew up in a family with healthy food for children consists of four major food groups and food pyramid. My parents brought us to the value of good nutrition at a very young age. We used to have milk and cereal for breakfast, meat and vegetables for lunch and dinner, and fruit in between and after meals. Your body uses good healthy food to the energy required for you to create a certain move, work and love life.
