Obesity in teenagers is a growing problem that has become worse in recent times, and the rates are growing every year. The America is a top leader in obesity in teenagers. Some report indicated that as many as 33% of teenagers are now obese. It is believed that more than 25% of schoolchildren are overweight and in fact, obese, and nearly a fourth of them are at risk of getting heart disease, diabetes, stroke as well as possibly early death. This is not always the case. Some young people do not care about their appearance and love of food transcends any kind of risk they could get. Fast food places have become a place where young people can go out and have fun.
It is becoming increasingly important for young people about the dangers of overweight. So like oversized burgers are advertised as appetizing food, it should also words of warning, the equally catchy, so that young people know what they’re getting into. You should have food for the young people who are much more beneficial for them and avoid future health problems like diabetes, high blood pressure or heart disease to be educated.
Most teenagers prefer to go out with friends to do something about their weight. It’s a good idea for parents to teach their teenage children to the value of a balanced diet in the past. Parents need to be a model for their children. There is no point in an obese parent with instructions on feeding the child if he has not, even after it is. This gives them a mixed message.
